At CopperPureShip, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.


Eligibility for Refund

You can request a refund within 15 business days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required to process the refund.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear of the product.

Products returned after 15 business days.

Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers (if mentioned on the product page).


Refund Process

Once your request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
